Delivery Process

All orders received before 2:30pm will be shipped with GLS Courier the same day, orders received after 2:30pm will be shipped next day with GLS (approx. delivery time 1-2 working days in Republic or Ireland, 2-3 working days in Northern Ireland).

We reserve the right to change these conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or if an item has run out of stock and has to be specially ordered in. We will keep you posted of any changes to the best of our ability.

Delivery rates differ and can be viewed during the checkout process. Depending on stock availability, all orders will be delivered within 1-14 working days (unless otherwise advised). Delivery should be made between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

GLS will be the courier company dispatching your order and this includes insurance on all parcels up to €150. You will be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

However, if you haven’t received your parcel after 2 working days please contact our customer service department. Please remember to include your order number (if known), your full name and address when emailing us.

Out of Stock Items

Inclusion of any product on our website is not a guarantee of it being in stock at the time of ordering. Sometimes situations beyond our control may occasionally result in an item/s being temporarily unavailable.

- Items discontinued by manufacturers or no longer available that season

- If we are unable to supply any item/s within 14days, you will be contacted email to offer alternatives or cancel your order

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the goods, however, whilst you are deciding where to retain your purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Therefore, please do not damage the goods whilst you inspect them or try them on for size (this also includes the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed garments and gift items). You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with.

In the event that you are not satisfied and wish to return a product you may contact us by email, which is included on the invoice, within 7 days stating the reason for return. Please wait for our reply (check spam box if needed).

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labeling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return Policy is 14days.

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and so we advise that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service. Please also note that we cannot accept liability for any items damaged during transit so we advise you to ensure the goods are packaged adequately.

* Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned

Booking Classes Cancellation

We must be notified as soon as possible of any cancellations in writing.

Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when acknowledged by us.

Full refund applies if cancellation is received and acknowledged more than 14 days prior to event.

Deposits will no be refunded for cancellations received within 7 days prior to event.

Where we cancel the event you will be offered an alternative date/event and where this isn't possible a full refund will be provided.

Alternatively you may transfer your place to someone else provided we are informed more than 7days before departure. All costs & charges incurred by us or by any of our suppliers for same and any outstanding balance due must be paid befroe the place can be transferred.

Payments

You can pay using a credit card (Mastercard or Visa), by using a debit card (Laser) in PAYPAL or Bank Transfer.

To ensure the security of your card details, we use the PAYPAL card payment processing system.

Using PAYPAL we do not have access to card details which are entered on PAYPAL site as part of completing a transaction.
